Phil Bellamy
Guildford Borough Councillor for Ash Wharf
Philip Bellamy has lived in Ash for over a decade with his wife and daughter, who attends the local school. He works locally and is also a qualified mental health first aider and wants to help promote Mental Health projects in his local community.
Phil decided in 2022 that he wanted to be involved in the local community and stand as a voice for positive change in it. He is currently involved in the team working on reopening the Ash Youth Centre as he believes the young adults in our local community need more support and representation.
Phil says, "I am a believer in transparency, accountability and communication and this is at the heart of everything I do and will continue to be so if I am selected to represent our community."
