Guildford Borough Councillor for Onslow

Steven Lee is an Onslow resident but in 2019 was asked to stand as a Borough Council Candidate in Merrow where he was duly elected.

Highlights of his achievements in Merrow were successfully lobbying Surrey County Council to attend to road safety issues around Horseshoe Lane and Boxgrove which forms the route to three schools, defeating a mobile phone company that wanted to install a 20-foot mast that would have towered over local bungalows and helping residents with ongoing housing and parking issues.

Steven says "I loved serving the people of Merrow but my heart is in Onslow ward where I live and work and where my children go to school. That's why I'm standing to be a councillor here in Onslow."
