George Potter lives locally in Burpham and has been a borough councillor for Burpham since 2019 and the county councillor since 2021.

During his time as a councillor, he has secured council funding for local projects ranging from the installation of defibrillators to the renovation of Burpham Bowling Club and has arranged a speed limit review for Burpham Lane.

George is passionate about the environment and has led work at the council to tackle climate change and air quality problems locally. He is particularly interested in making our streets safer, improving transport and making sure that the council prioritises providing more affordable housing.
