Westborough Lib Dems Call for Roads Action

The Lib Dems are pushing for action on roads in Park Barn and Westborough. Many are in an appalling state.

The Lib Dems want to see Cabell Road added to the list of roads that need fixing by the Conservative-run County Council. Aldershot Road, Grantley Road, Park Barn Drive and Southway have already been listed as needing repairs.

Road repairs will be prioritised by the number of complaints received. Ring 08456 009009 or go online at www.surreycc.gov.uk/highways to make sure our roads are not pushed down the list.

Cllr Fiona White said, "Unfortunately, there are roads in this sort of state all across Surrey. People from all over the county will be reporting similar damage. It is important that we all keep the pressure up to make sure our local area is not overlooked."
